I am a masterpiece in progress. He is still working on me. I may not look likt it but I bet you a dollar to a dog biscuit I will become a look like of His Son. Yes you are as well. there isn't anyone who is perfect here on earth. but how does one become more like Christ? by reading His word daily, praying and fellowshipping with other believers. if you are struggling take it to Jesus. 1 Peter 5 7 tells us "cast all your cares on Him for He cares for you." the Bible also tells us in Romans 8 "if God is for us who can be against us." things don't always work out the way we wish, but in the end God wins. He can handle anything we toss His way. just rest in His arms and know He will see you through. go to Him anytime He will listen. there isn't a time table that dictates when we can or when we can't go to Him. once you've laid the issues at His feet leave them there and let Him handle. for we walk by faith not by sight. so don't rely on what you see happening just trust God and it will work out for the best.

My friends I know that many of you reading this are struggling. Yes I don't know how or with what, but be assured of this: "with God things are possible!" it may not look like it now, but it is so. If God is for us who can be against us. the difficulty you face today will be used for good in the end. yes the trial hurts and is causing you regrets maybe but you will be carried through. God can do anything and I mean anything! He can't fail. If our Father can raise Jesus from the dead then He can raise you up and get you through this challenge. You don't know of the many people that you'll be able to help because of the fact you've been there. you can use your story to encourage others of God's amazing grace strength mercy the He lavishes on you. Jus know you need to look to the cross and the empty tomb and claim the victory that is yours. storms may be raging around you now but know this in the end God wins! pray like it all depends all on God and work like if it is up to you. the Bible tells us that the feverent prayer of a righteous man avails much. you may say I'm not righteous! I say you are you are a saint in the eyes of our Lord. when God the father sees you He sees Jesus and what He did. so pray, confess sins if needed and trust in the Lord with all your heart aht He will carry you through this and you know something He will!

Hey! Are you sick? Are you struggling? Make a b-line for the cross and then to the empty tomb. It is there you will find rest, peace and be healed. Jesus hung on the cross to pay the debt for our sins and rose from the tomb. I am not saying that healing won't come it will one day. one just needs put their trust and faith in the Lord Jesus. He loves you and me infinitely. it doesn't matter who you are nor what you have done. He will accept you because He loves you intensely. He created you and brought you into the world. He picked your parents because they had the make-up required for your being. if you are struggling do this as well. you will find peace and the endurance to get through it. it will work togather for good in the end. if you've never been there go now! it don't matter age, ability or anything. He will accept you. the choice is yours. I made this decision many years ago. when the storms of life seem to be shattering your sails. the anchor holds and you'll get through them because of Jesus. Jesus will forgive you always and forever. don't worry, do't delay make a b-line for the cross and tomb and you'll find change.

Put your hand in the hand of ht e man who stilled the waters. put your hand in the hand in the man who calmed the seas! put your hand in the nail scard hands of the one who made it possible for you to be called a child of His. take a look at yourself. you are a mster in progress. He is not finished with you. All thing work togather for good for those love the Lord and are called according to His purpose. If God is on your side nothing can stand against you. your current struggle may be a challenge for you, but know this: you will get through it. "rhis to will pass." God uses our situations to show others His awesome power. so focus your eyes on the Lord Jesus. pray like it it all depends on Him and work at it with feverish energy. know that the Lord will provide for you in all things. it is awesome. God's plan is for us to live for Him and serve Him.

as I write this it is with a heart that is calm and I amazed that I didn't think of it before. before today if you were to say escape or deliverance I would say the same thing basically not any difference. it wasn't until I read a book entitled When God Whispers your name that I saw it differently. when one escapes something they do it themselves no help. if they are delivered it is because of someone else. namely God's doing it and bringing about about. we are often amazed when this happens. we probably had be wringing our hands and worried how we'd get out. but bamm! God steps in and brings the deliverance. it is amazing. I think of one place off hand in the Bible this to be the case. God's people were at the red sea and Pharo and his army hot on their heels. no way of escape was handy. Moses told them to stand still and let God take care of it. so what did God do? He parted the sea and provided a path for them to cross. they all reached the other side no problem. the army tried to follow but wheels kind of got stuck and God brought the sea back to normal and drowning the army. Amazing! so when your up against a wall and it seems to be no way of escape! stand still and look the God! He will bring about deliverance. it may not come at the time you wish it to come but it will come I promise you that. so how? youget in your knees and pray tot the Lord and pour out your whole heart to Him and maybe if needs be confess sin to Him and watch and see the deliverance. it will come in a way unknown and unseen. you may see from a source you never expected. II am mindful a time in my life I think may be worth mentioning. I was living in Denver and my then wife and I were split. we were both staying in a shelter. I was the Salvation Army and she was at the Samaritian house. I decided to get a bed there with the hopes to work on my marriage. I went down. they had only one bed. the distributed cards to each man. then drew one. if your card was drawn you got the bed. mine wasn't drawn. so as my then wife was escorting me out and back to my location. we we being motioned to to stay put. I got the bed. the man who had gotten lefte the grounds and almost rght away disappeared. no trace of him. so deliverance to a degree you can say. God is always willing tohelp us we just needs look to Him before we go about trying to figure it out on our own. He will never fail us.

Prayer is one of a believers strong weapons. Mountains move when one takes a stand. You may ask: "what is prayer?" I have an answer to that.Prayer is talking with our Lord Jesus Christ. Some would answer with saying "prayers is talking to God." I say "talking with," because in communication it is a two way street. I say pray often. When you pray you are seeking the Lord. Do this wh all your heart. Jeremiah 29 13 tells us: "you will find me if you seek for me with all your heart." Don't hold back. Cast all your cares on Jesus because He cares for you. Don't give up on prayer. Pray earnestly. You will get an answer. I am not going to say it will always be the answer you seek, but it will be answered. Believe me I kow prayer works. Our strongest weapon is of course the Bible. Our enemy dislikes it very much when we pray. Provided we are doing it withour whole heart. there really isn't any language you must use. speak to the Lord as you would to your friend or lover. it doesn't matter your position. you can pray laying your back your face kneeling by your bed or standing upright. God hears all our prayers. I do have this gentle reminder to say: when you get your answer remember to say a prayer and thank the Lord for the answer. even if it isn't the answer you hoped to get. being thankful is important. God is not a vending machine. you don't just pray and expect you'll get exactly what you wish. that happens with vending machines. when someone comes to you and asks for your prayers on a given issue, don't just say you will and then when they leave forget all about it. Pray about then if possible and further until you hear the results. God will make a way for you even when it seems there is no way. Just believe with your entire being and know this for act.

You need to bloom where you are planted. Don't look toleave your surroundings. The Lord put you where you are for a reason. Realize this and use your skills to shine. You have skills that no one possesses. there may be some that have skills like yours. Use the skills to the best of your ability. You may need to learn how but that is alright. You may try to sue them and fail that is fine. if you haven't used said skills before then you are going to be a bit rusty. but in time you will shine. You will reach others that may not be reached by others. don't compare yourself to this person or that. they are different then you are. don't try and be like this individual or that. be who God has created you to be. You are a masterpiece in progress. you may not look like it yet but He is crafting you into what He wants you to be. if it is meant for you to leave your location then do so. but where ever you are bloom where you are planted and watch the results.

Where do I go when I need help or shelter? I go to my knees in prayer. That is where aught to go. Not to the bottle or hide but to ones knees in prayer. My Lord hears me when I pray and He promises to listen to me no matter the time. Once you've done this then leave your issue with the Lord. Don't snatch it up again. You should then go to a friend you can trust and unload on. Your friend may have the resolution or may be able to help. Go to the Word of God. Search it thoroughly. You may be surprised as to the answers you'll find. Keep your mind open. You may not like the answer you find, but know this if it is from the Lord it is right and what you should do. Be patient! I am not suggesting you pray for patients but use your patients. It takes time to come to a resolution. But know this for certain the Lord Jesus is an on time God. Always on time. Don't settle for quick fixes but do your due diligence iin looking. When you get your problem solved rejoice. You must then go back to your knees in prayer and thank the Lord for the issue being resolved. Even if it isn't the answer you were looking to receive. Just know it is best and will completely get you up and moving once again. When someone else comes to you and asks you for help: don't turn them away. Standby them through it. You wanted someone to stand by you in your time of trouble, you do the same in return. Don't go just to anyone, be sure the person or persons you've gone to you can trust and rely on. Don't broadcast the issue either. Keep it some what quiet. Because if the wrong person gets a hold of it they will make it worse and judge you critically. so where do you go? the Lord in prayer and know this He will never fail you. if needed confess yourfailures or sins and repent. Let it all out. Know this He will forgive you and help you. Life isn't going to be a bed of roses. You will have challenges, but the Lord will see you through.

The Lord has given the duty to go and tell. This command is given us to do. We are to go and tell others aout the Lord. We are to tell our story as to how we canme to the knowledge of Christ. We need to just do it.

We should alwas stand on the promises that He will be by our side, and the He will never leave us. As the saying goes "we should stand on the promises and not just sit on the premises." I know it isn't always easy to share Christ. Just do it! In fact, you may be the one who wins them. Then again you may just plant the seed and someone may water said seed and yet someone else may possiblely reap. When you share Christ don't be afraid to share your story. You nevber know what effect it may have. There is no excuse for not sharing Christ. We all have a story to tell and we all have opportunity. Just keep your eyes open and take the opportunity. I myself have missed some opportunities, but I am forgiven when this happens. You are as well.

As you do this make sure that your life reflects what you are saying. Many people want to see proof and if your life isn't reflecting the change in your life that Christ has braught then others will choose not to listen. They will say "why should I, their life is no different then how I live now." I know that no one one is perfect, but we should strive toward that goal. Memorizer sscripture, so you can recite them as you try to lead them to Christ. I know that one doesn't always have a Bible handy. When you do this do it in love and care. Most people really don't care how much you know until they know how much you truly care. Reflect /Christ, for when Christ spoke to the people He gave it straight and showed love and mercy and grace. Yes HHe did speak rather strongly at times. It was needed. There once was a song that said "sometimes God's people should be seen and not heard, there is to much talk and not enough walk." This means let your talk match your walk. Don't worry what others think or say. If you do that then you will not be effective. Christ is my best friend and I love Him big time!

Yes I mean get mad! Go forth and "make a difference." I know you probably thaught I meant to be angry. That isn't what I meant. go and make a difference in someone or someones life. you may ask: "but how?" I tell it is simple. give them a hug, a smile or something. it doesn't have to cost much. most of the time it is the simple things that make more a difference then the big buck stuff. we to many times don't think we make a difference, because we aren't told. I have experienced this. it wasn't till many years later I found out. the person affected approached me and thanked me and stated I made a difference. this was back in 1991. I don't recall who or what I did. just follow Christ's example and watch for the difference that will take place. don't worry what others will say or not say. it doesn't matter. just focus on the task at hand. to many times I hear "I can't do... what would so and so say if they saw me do this." we are more concerned at times with maintaining our popularity then we are about being kind to one another and showing

Christ's love. my friends this shouldn't be. scripture says what does it matter if you gain the whol world only to lose your soul. other ideas you can do is:
1, send them a letter either via email or snail mail
2, call them
3, take them for a ride
4, take them out for coffee or a meal
there are many more but I hope that you get the idea. just keep your eyes open for opportunity to do something. our

Savior will reward you for your efferts. we are blessed daily and should be thankful for them and accept them as they come. so go forth and get MAAD
